I had known Glen before as he used to sort funding on my small investment property portfolio. My wife and I had been living in Spain for several years and the Brexit situation prompted us to return to the UK. We had no UK credit rating and no provable income, so a standard mortgage was not achievable. Glen reassured us that he could arrange appropriate finance via equity release, three months later we moved into our beautiful home back in the UK. Hats off Glen we will be eternally grateful.

We had tried another well know equity released company who failed to meet our objectives. Glen was then recommended to me by a friend who he had previously looked after. Amazingly, Glen came up with a solution which worked very well for us and we were able to achieve our objectives and my wife was delighted that we were able to upgrade the
property to a modern standard that met with all her friend’s approval. Top man mate!

Found Glen via the Equity Release Council. My father needed funding to bring his home up to standard for his elderly life. Glen was brilliant with him as he is not the easiest to get on with. Very smooth and quick process totally supervised by Glen. Very happy with his excellent service.

We had given up on equity release as we had been told by specialist brokers that we could not raise money due to the livery stables business that my daughter was running in the grounds of our home. We met with Glen and he said this is no problem and we can benefit your daughter as well as being able to generate the funds you require. Glen handled the whole transaction including solicitors/surveyors and he proved that thinking outside of the box can achieve results. His extensive knowledge was invaluable. Our daughter was able to maintain her business and added a fix asset to her business as a result of the transaction. I would highly recommend Glen especially to anyone in a slightly difficult situation.

Glen smoothed out the process of me age, 78 of moving from Scotland to England to my lovely new bungalow. He just seemed to look after everything. Top service.

We had a few brokers round, usual, culprits to discuss equity release. None of them impressed until we came across Glen Morris. Glen looked at the bigger picture and pointed out our inheritance situation and the savings and other benefits that could be obtained by utilising equity release and gifting. Our eyes were opened and we were able to provide both of our adult children with their first homes as well as reducing the IHT liability. A fantastic all round advice service from Glen and we’ve already recommended him to a friend in a similar position.

I was at the end of my tether as every equity release specialist I’d spoken to told me my property was not suitable for equity release due to the vicinity of commercial buildings. One of these brokers recommended Glen, with the view that his knowledge and experience may prove worthwhile given my situation. 24hours after consulting Glen, he told me that he had secured an equity release mortgage from a well-known lender. Job done! I thought I was going to have to sell my home but thankfully Glen saved the day. I would thoroughly recommend his services.

I stupidly kept ignoring the letters from my mortgage lender until the one came saying they had commenced proceedings to reposes my property. A friend in the pub told me about equity release but said it might be too late. I found Glen Morris online and liked the look of his experience as a Senior Manager with a high street lender coupled with his equity release expertise. I contacted him straight away and Glen said we need to sort this out ASAP and came round the next morning. I signed an authority form giving my mortgage lender permission to speak to Glen and he was able to postpone the repossession procedure. He then organised the equity release mortgage and all seemed fine until my property was down valued by the surveyor. The upshot of this was that I was £1700 short in the repaying of my mortgage in full plus the solicitors fees. Somehow Glen was able to convince the lender to assist and they came up with a cash back facility to cover this outstanding amount. Glen, there is still a bottle of malt whiskey with your name on it in my house waiting for collection. I can’t thank this man enough, lovely fella too, we spoke about football etc. and he was able to put my mind at rest the whole time.
