I stupidly kept ignoring the letters from my mortgage lender until the one came saying they had commenced proceedings to repossess my property. A friend in the pub told me about equity release but said it might be too late. I found Glen Morris online and liked the look of his experience as a Senior Manager with a high street lender coupled with his equity release expertise. He was able to postpone the repossession procedure, then organised the equity release mortgage. When my property was down valued by the surveyor, I was £1,700 short in repaying my mortgage in full plus the Solicitors fees. Somehow Glen was able to convince the lender to assist and they came up with a cashback facility to cover this outstanding amount. Glen, there is still a bottle of malt whiskey with your name on it in my house waiting for collection. I can’t thank this man enough, lovely fella too.
